An initial consultation is conducted between you and our relationship manager to discuss your build requirements, budget and any questions you may have.

Builder Matching

We share the opportunity with suitable builders. Those that are interested will apply outlining why they’re suited and their offer.

Builder Qualifying

We create a short list (2 – 4) of the best builder offers and present these to you.

Builder Review and Due Diligence

We hold your hand throughout this process, attend meetings if requested, highlight questions to ask and document as well as attend onsite and quality inspection meetings.

Builder Selection

You choose your preferred builder.

Contract and Finance

Sign your build contracts and obtain your finance approval with your lender if required.


When you are ready to commence construction, a deposit will be required for the builder to obtain your building approval with the relevant authorities, once this is obtained the construction can commence.
